About the Role:

RoofBuddy needs a highly organised and motivated Office Manager who embodies our values and contributes to our thriving team environment. You'll be essential in ensuring our office runs smoothly, supporting our team, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. What You'll Do:

  • Office & Culture: Cultivate a positive and productive work environment where everyone feels valued and supported. You'll handle office supplies, ensure our workspace is tidy and welcoming, and contribute to a vibrant team atmosphere. You'll also lend a hand with company events and initiatives.
  • Communication & Customer Service: Be a friendly and professional voice of RoofBbuddy, handling incoming communications, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Finance & Administration: Keep our office humming by taking charge of day-to-day financial and administrative tasks. Think processing invoices, expenses, and ensuring our financial records are accurate. You'll also be a vital source of support for various departments, assisting with scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Sales Support: Become an integral part of our sales team's success, helping them reach their goals and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll assist with sales operations, customer communication, and various administrative tasks to keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
