Role Responsibilities
Provide support to customers either by telephone, or through other avenues such as email and web response
Prompt and accurate response to customer product and service inquiries
Asking engaging quality questions to get to the root of the problem and resolve complaints
End to end processing of orders and requests
Organise workflow to ensure company service delivery timelines are met
Perform customer verifications and set up new customer accounts
Accurately keep record of customer interactions and transactions
Complete adhoc tasks as required from the business

Ability to quickly pick up on new systems and training and hit the ground running
You are someone who has a clear, calm, professional phone manner who can easily connect with people from all walks of life and naturally enjoys finding solutions for customers
You have prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally from Contact Centre, Retail, and/or Hospitality.
