Estimated End Date: 13 Feb 2025
Number of Volunteers Required: 1

We’re seeking a skilled individual to help refresh our suite of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Information Sheets. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact by ensuring our materials are up-to-date and visually engaging.

We have 30 sheets requiring minimal text updates (we’ll provide the text). Some info sheets require replacement imagery to be sourced. The project includes:

Applying text updates to InDesign files.
Sourcing new images for some info sheets. Guidelines will be provided.

Deliverables:
Polished InDesign files for 30 info sheets.
High-quality, relevant images integrated into each sheet.
PDFs of Info Sheets and design files returned upon completion.

Why It Matters:
Our sheets are vital resources for people with MS, their families, and healthcare providers. By refreshing these materials, you’ll help enhance their accuracy, appeal, and impact.

What we need from you!
1) We will provide the InDesign files along with a detailed document specifying the text edits. Additionally, we’ll share guidelines for selecting and replacing images, where needed.

2) You will apply the updates and send us PDFs for review and approval.

3) After final approval, you will deliver the updated InDesign files/package for our records.

We estimate the project will require approximately 15 hours for the core updates, with up to 30 hours total to include liaison with us, applying final changes, and packaging the files for delivery. This can be done across a period of 1-4 weeks.
