The Role

Based at our North Harbour branch, the Fleet Co-Ordinator is responsible for the management and performance of our courier fleet. This role is also critical in the delivery of our premium services to customers, working with the broader management team to ensure service standards are met and exceeded, through the upholding of service level goals and financial targets. Providing hands-on assistance where needed and getting involved with service analysis and reporting, you’ll be at the hub of our team, strengthening the link between our drivers, Operations teams and customers.

This is a full-time role, working Monday- Friday 9 am- 5:30 pm with rostered Saturdays 8:30 am-1 pm
