We're searching for a passionate and data-driven CRM & Loyalty Manager to take the lead in customer retention, loyalty engagement, and email marketing. Whether you come from an agency, e-commerce brand, or retail background, if you love diving into customer insights and driving engagement through personalised experiences, this is your moment to shine.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the CRM strategy-developing segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing to keep our customers engaged and returning.
  • Own and execute our email marketing (EDM) strategy, working closely with the team to bring campaigns to life.
  • Drive our loyalty programs, creating innovative initiatives that build brand love and reward our customers.
  • Leverage personalisation and automation to optimise every customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to enhance customer touchpoints and communication strategies.


What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in CRM, loyalty, or retention marketing (agency or brand-side).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • A strategic, data-driven mindset-comfortable with segmentation, customer insights, and performance analytics.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing, automation, and customer engagement.
  • A passion for optimising the customer journey and creating meaningful brand interactions.
  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo is a must.
