Tthis is a great full time permanent opportunity for anyone willing to learn and develope their career in the Greenspace industry.
A bit about the role:
As a Greenspace Operator, you will:
- Need to plan / manage / undertake mowing and maintenance of turf on designated sites and reserves to contract specification and or instruction.
- Need to ensure that high quality, timely and planned service is delivered within the required timeframes.
- Also, ensure a high level of safety is adhered to in order to protect the public, other team members, and yourself.
Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills
We are looking for a self motivated team member who has:
- Full Class 1 Drivers license required, HT would be an advantage
- Experience in Upfront / Ride-on Mowing or Park Maintenance would be desirable, but but full training can be provided for the right candidate
- Familiar with electronic data entry or computer experience an advantage
- Self-motivated and ability to work in a team
- Great communication skills and ability of dealing with customers
