About the Opportunity

This remote Volunteer Phone Caller opportunity provides crucial support to Alzheimer's Northland. You'll be a friendly voice, connecting with families and Alzheimers patients, offering information, answering questions, and providing a listening ear. Your contribution will directly impact the well-being of those navigating the complexities of dementia.

The Opportunity Will Involve

  • Making outbound calls to families and caregivers, providing information about Alzheimer's Northland's services and resources. 📞
  • Answering incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and providing support.
  • Scheduling appointments and connecting callers with appropriate resources.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions.
  • Working collaboratively with the Alzheimer's Northland team.
  • Representing Alzheimer's Northland with professionalism and empathy.
