The Role
As a key part of our crew, you’ll be hands-on with underground drainage installs – stormwater, wastewater, and sewer lines – bringing your know-how to deliver high-quality results, every time.
You’ll be:
Installing pipes, manholes, and fittings
Reading plans and working to levels
Using trenching equipment and compaction tools
Collaborating with operators, labourers, and site leaders
Keeping safety and quality front of mind
Physically fit with the ability to complete manual labouring task in a range of weather conditions and confined spaces
Flexibility with working hours
Ability to work alone and without close supervision, if required
Passionate and committed to contributing to excellent standards of work execution
What You’ll Bring
Min. 3 years’ experience in Drainlaying (certification a bonus)
A sharp eye for detail and pride in your work
Class 1 licence (WTR endorsements a plus)
Reliability, teamwork, and a strong safety mindset
What You’ll get:
Guaranteed 30+ hours a week, with most of our crew working up to 50 hours
Monday to Friday. Want to pick up more? Saturday shifts are there if you're up for it but totally optional.
