Duties and Responsibilities -Mechanical assembly of commercial equipment, including mechanical fitment of sub-assemblies, painted weldments, gearboxes, drive systems, electrical and hydraulic components -Participate in daily production toolbox meetings -Participate in a culture on continuous improvement, identifying and reporting opportunities for improved safety, quality, and efficiency -Taking ownership and responsibility
Skills Required -Previous assembly or maintenance of similar commercial equipment -Excellent communication skills to engage and interact with other team members, team leaders and managers -Experience within a production/manufacturing environment -Experience and understanding of Lean manufacturing -Work efficiently within a small team to maximise -Have the right to live and work in New Zealand
