Job Description

We are looking for volunteers to manage our reception for a minimum of one shuift each week. Either 9-12.30pm or 12.30pm -4pm Monday - Friday.
Mainly a meet and great position with some data entry. You will direct clients to their appointments or alert a CitizensAdvice Bureau Advisor that a client needs their help. This is not a difficult role but it is a worthy position and you will gain a lot of interpersonal skills and confidence. Regular training opportunities are available and a thorough induction programme is offered. You will also be the Chief Fire Warden whilst on duty.
