Senior Solutions Architect
Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu
Provide expert technical consultancy and architectural leadership to internal teams and customers, driving business growth. As the technical authority during the sales process, you'll collaborate with Business Sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders to design value-driven solutions and identify new revenue opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally is key, along with contributing to process and efficiency improvements.
Key Qualifications:
Relevant technical tertiary qualifications
7+ years' experience in technical pre-sales, preferably as a Solutions Architect in telecommunications
Strong knowledge of the SME, Corporate & Government markets, with a deep understanding of telecommunications products and services
High technical acumen with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling
Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments
Ability to present solutions in user-friendly, business-friendly language
Desirable: Certifications in design architecture or best practices
