Te Kaiurungi | About the Role 

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled administrator, to join our team as our Centre Associate based in the Whakatipu Partners Centre, Queenstown. You will provide support to the BNZ Partnership Banking Commercial, Agri & Business - Southern region and wider Partnership Banking business.

This role will make an important contribution in the continued growth of our business. 

If you are a self-starter who has focus, energy, great communication skills and the flexibility to deliver on multiple tasks to deadlines, then this role may be perfect for you! Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks for Partnership Banking Commercial, Agri & Business - Southern teams
  • Provide help and assistance to clients using the Whakatipu Partners Centre
  • Contribute to the overall client experience
  • Assist with event management
  • Liaising with external contractors and key internal stakeholders
  • Be proactive with continuous process improvement


To ensure success in this role you will be a driven, a proactive team player with the ability to work autonomously. You’ll be an enthusiastic team player and a talent for building relationships internal and external, with the goal of enhancing our business reputation.   • Initiative and superb organisational skills
  • Strong administrative skills and an understanding of Microsoft applications
  • Experience with event management would be an advantage
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Someone who values and applies high professional standards in their daily workings
