Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking: Select items from inventory based on order sheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Packing: Safely and securely pack products to prepare them for shipping, meeting company quality standards.
Labelling: Attach accurate shipping labels and documentation to ensure seamless delivery.
Inventory Assistance: Conduct stock counts, replenish inventory, and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
Work Area Maintenance: Keep the packing and storage areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experienced or Newcomers Welcome: Previous experience in pick packing or warehousing is a bonus but not required-we provide full training!
- Attention to Detail: A knack for spotting mistakes and ensuring everything is just right.
- Physical Fitness: Comfortable with standing, lifting, bending, and moving items throughout the shift.
- Team Players: Collaborative and reliable individuals who enjoy working with others.
- Time Management: Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
