About the role We are looking for Trainee Quarry Operators to join our day shift team at Drury. This is your chance to kickstart an exciting career in the quarrying industry.
About you You have a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a natural ability to work well in a team. You’re reliable, hardworking and willing to learn new skills to develop your career. You must be comfortable working outdoors and thrive in hands on roles and enjoy contributing to a safe work environment.
No prior experience in quarrying? We’re focused on finding the right person with the right attitude. If you’re ready to build a rewarding career, we will provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
The successful candidate will also have:
A Full class 1 licence
WTR are advantageous.
An unwavering commitment towards living safely with a safety record to match.
Passion for the quarrying industry and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Good attitude toward the care and maintenance of machinery.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
