About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated junior marketer or recent graduate ready to kick-start their career. You’ll work across a variety of marketing activities, from creating eye-catching social media content to producing brand collateral. It’s a fast-paced role where your creative and organisational skills will shine.
Day to day responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including updating and maintaining website content and performance (SEO and bug fixes), while maintaining the CRM database, and optimising email campaigns
Managing daily social media checks and responses, scheduling posts, and creating content. You’ll be editing photos and creating branded visuals
Producing promotional items like brochures, signage, clothing, and gifts for events
Gather insights on customer behaviour, preferences, and industry trends to inform campaigns
Identify and address operational issues to ensure smooth marketing activities
Start Date: Immediate
Days/ Hours: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (40 hours per week)
What you will bring:
Experience with social media and content creation
Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Photoshop and website CMS platforms
Ability to create engaging marketing collateral and promotional materials
A background in construction or interiors / manufacturing is preferred but not essential
Proactive approach and quick to solve problems
