Our client, a national law firm renowned for attracting complex legal work and top-tier lawyers, is seeking a Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate to join their commercial litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad variety of international and domestic cases, providing an exciting challenge for those looking to expand their legal expertise.

What you'll do:
• Drafting documents including correspondence, pleadings, and submissions • Conducting thorough research related to cases • Handling litigation processes • Mediating disputes between parties • Resolving disputes in a timely and efficient manner • Working on insolvency cases, banking & finance litigation and ESG disputes.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Solicitor position brings at least 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and has previously worked in a civil or commercial litigation team. Your strong academic background underpins your excellent drafting skills and proficiency in research and discovery tasks. Experience in mediation, dispute resolution, and knowledge of insolvency laws are also key assets you bring to this role.
