We have an Owner Driver position available which is responsible for transporting lifesaving product.
We're seeking an Owner Driver with good geographical knowledge. We would prefer the successful applicant to be a safe confident driver with some Logistics experience, however this is not essential as training will be provided.
This position is a self-employed contractor position, you supply the vehicle, and you are paid monthly based on the Km's travelled, this is not a waged job. You are given jobs within Auckland, Waikato, and Bay of Plenty to pick up and deliver. Take parcels from A to B within the clients required timeframe.
If you:
- Have good communication skills, and can communicate clearly.
- Are punctual.
- Have interpersonal skills.
- Are reliable and trustworthy, with a clean Police history and clean license.
- Have good sense of direction.
- Are able to keep basic accounting records.
- Have customer service skills.
- Are able to meet strict deadlines.

You are paid based on Kilometres travelled; all your jobs come to your smart phone where you get a signed 'Proof of Delivery' on the screen of your phone from clients.
You are required to supply a suitable vehicle, no older than 2015, Hiace vans are preferred, but other options would be considered (approval from company required, of suitable vehicle).
This is a contract position, the more deliveries you complete the more you are paid, we always try & drive swiftly but safely.
