What You Bring to the Team:
- Proven experience in Property Management
- Strong knowledge of Property Management systems & platforms
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Highly organised and process-driven

- Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills
- A Full NZ Driver's License
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of properties and owners
- Marketing vacant properties and conducting viewings
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
- Processing applications & tenancy agreements
- Conducting routine inspections & reporting
- Managing rent arrears & maintenance requests
- Staying up-to-date with Residential Tenancies Act legislation
