Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing retail team
Drive sales and achieve targets through effective coaching and team motivation
Ensure the store operates efficiently, including stock control and visual merchandising
Maintain exceptional customer service standards and create an engaging shopping experience

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in retail leadership (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar)
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for styling and merchandising
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while driving results
Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, including weekends and evenings
