Senior Value Business Analyst

The Senior Value Business Analyst collaborates with cross functional teams to refine requirements, manage Product Backlog Items (PBIs), and oversee change processes. They enhance business processes, support decision-making, and explore AI/GenAI applications to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Manage Product Backlog Items (PBIs), oversee change processes, and support delivery teams through functional testing.
  • Use collaboration tools like Miro and Agile workflow tools e.g., Azure DevOps or JIRA
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align process improvements with strategic goals and drive value creation using analytical tools.
  • Facilitate workshops and promote best practices to enhance value stream management and foster continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, encouraging innovation and expanding technical skills.
