Are you a hands-on marketer passionate about empowering individuals through education? Solomon Group, a leading Māori Private Training Establishment (PTE) in Auckland is seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist to manage our end-to-end marketing initiatives.

Role Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with our mission and values. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing all aspects of marketing, from concept to hands-on execution, across various channels. The role is based in South Auckland and Auckland Central with the opportunity to work from home 2 days each week.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive student enrolment.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website content updates.
Create compelling content that aligns with our mission and engages our target audience.
Coordinate events and community outreach programs to strengthen our presence in the community.
Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education sector or a not-for-profit organisation.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong understanding of Māori and Pasifika culture and values is highly desirable.
