Job Description

We're seeking a Technology Architect to design and support implementation of technology solutions aligned with business objectives. This role bridges Enterprise Architecture (30%) and Solution Architecture (70%), ensuring strategic alignment while delivering practical, scalable, and secure technical solutions. You'll guide technology decisions, integrate complex systems, and ensure IT investments deliver business value.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Architecture Leadership Serve as custodian of enterprise architecture principles and standards while developing solution architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, balancing performance, scalability, and security.
  • Strategy & Innovation Evaluate emerging technologies, provide recommendations on modern architectures (cloud-native, PaaS/SaaS, microservices), and document current and future state architecture roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance Engage with business leaders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions, communicate complex concepts simply, and ensure architectures adhere to regulatory and security standards.
  • Technical Excellence & Knowledge Management Provide guidance to development teams, identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge-sharing resources.



What are we looking for in you?

  • Experience in both Enterprise and Solution Architecture roles with strong knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architectures.
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns, data modelling, and security practices, with proficiency in architectural frameworks like TOGAF.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to translate technical information for business stakeholders.
