What will your typical week look like?

  • Manage a team of HR consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR consulting services to our valued clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing expert advice and guidance, and ensure projects are delivered to them to a high standard.
  • Manage the delivery of HR consulting services, including but not limited to, HR strategy development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR process improvement.
  • Ensure that client work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and growth, and work with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant legislation and best practice and ensure that the team is kept up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry trends.

Let’s talk about you!

You are someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading HR teams and delivering high-quality HR consulting services.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software, with experience in developing HR policies and procedures. Business development or client relationship management experience is an advantage.
