This role will primarily lead site wide new or existing Quality Improvement projects through Quality in Design methodology, change control, Validation Management, Risk Management for New Product Development and driving problem solving, to ensure that the standards defined in the Yashili New Zealand Dairy are met and compliant to regulation.
The main key stakeholders for this role are Quality & Compliance, Production, Technical & New Product Development, and Maintenance staff to ensure that established standards are well implemented.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Essential:
Tertiary qualification, preferably in food science or related discipline
>5-year Infant formula or dairy manufacturing experience
>2-year process validation experience
Health & Safety Practices experience
Developed HACCP experience
Computer & Systems expertise
Preferred:
Internal audit qualification
Continuous Improvement expertise
Developed RMP and Prerequisite programmes
Developed process validation protocols
Internal/External audit experience
