Role Overview:
The People and Culture Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the People and Culture team in executing day-to-day HR and people-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR space, helping to deliver programs that promote a positive company culture, support employee engagement, and facilitate effective people processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment process, including posting job adverts.
Employment, administrative and systems management activities associated with onboarding, transfer/promotion, and offboarding of employees
Drafting and preparing letters, agreements and information in relation to a number of employment related matters
Maintaining employee records and HR databases and EC platform through SAP Success Factors with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in managing performance reviews and feedback cycles
Help ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements
Create and maintain our company SharePoint sites
Manage central HR inbox correspondence and respond to general queries
Other ad hoc HR generalist duties and support to members of the HR team
Developing and maintaining procedural manuals, integrating industry best practices with regular documentation audits.
Collaborating on P&C and L&D initiatives
Key Qualifications:
Recently graduated with a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred but not essential.
A genuine interest in People and Culture, employee experience, and organizational development.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
