About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Administrator with a strong understanding of accounting to join our dynamic team in the motor industry. This is a key role where you'll handle a range of administrative duties alongside vehicle processing, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Processing: Manage vehicle stock records, process incoming and outgoing vehicles, and ensure accurate data entry for fleet management.
Accounting Support: Assist with invoicing, reconcile accounts, process payments
Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, document management, and maintaining records, with a focus on accuracy.
Reporting & Data Entry: Maintain and update the vehicle and financial databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in administration, ideally within the motor industry.
Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial accounts structure and interactions.
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
A proactive approach and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
