About the role:
As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in designing and maintaining engaging online training content, supporting our learning systems, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development programmes across our hotels

  • Learning Systems & Administration – Manage and maintain our learning platforms, ensuring smooth operation and access for employees.
  • eLearning & Content Design – Create interactive and visually engaging eLearning modules using graphic design and digital learning tools.
  • Training & Facilitation – Support training initiatives, assist in workshops, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with HR, hotel leaders, and external learning suppliers to align training with business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to refine learning materials, enhance user experience, and improve training effectiveness.


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • A quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with learning systems or eLearning technologies (preferred but not essential)
  • A creative flair for design—graphic design experience is a plus!
  • A passion for continuous development with an understanding of adult learning principles is an advantage
  • Prior experience in a corporate or hotel environment would be advantageous
