About the role

Your career will thrive, working at Whangarei Park Village. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Village and Care Manager.

This is a 40 hour per week role - Monday to Friday- business hours.

Duties Include:

  • Assist management with the meeting minutes and notices
  • Support with staff rostering and timesheet corrections for payroll processing
  • Assist with documentation relating to audits and compliance.
  • Support with finance administration - Purchase orders/invoicing
  • Ensure resident databases, spreadsheets and registers are updated regularly


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Ability to exercise your initiative with a positive can-do attitude
  • Adept to change, your friendly professional and customer focused approach will reflect your ability to easily deal with whatever comes your way.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Previous experience in a similar administration role would be advantageous
