The successful candidate can be based in either Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch

Mō te tūranga | About the Role
As a Business Consultant you will be part of a team of service superstars that provide day to day support to Business banking customers. Ideally you will be someone that genuinely gets a kick out of helping customers and has a track record for delivering excellent service.

This is a phone-based role that involves actioning a wide variety of customer requests within agreed timeframes and service levels. Working closely with internal business partners across Westpac you will help connect customers with the support they need.

We are looking for people passionate about delivering top notch service to Business customers. If you already have some understanding of Business customers and their needs, then that would be an advantage. Most of the customer interactions in the Business Banking team occur via phone or email so you will need excellent verbal and oral communication skills and be able to represent the business unit in a friendly and professional manner.

If you are someone that uses your initiative, takes ownership for always delivering what is promised and has a willingness to learn then we look forward to receiving your application. Some form of tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
