On behalf of our agency client, we’re looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to take ownership on projects and crank the dial up. This role will sit between an Account Director and an Account Executive and as a team will oversee one of the agency’s two key clients – a bank and a large insurance brand that’s loved and recognised by many. If you’re an individual with great work autonomy and a hunger to grow and excel, this is the role where your hard work will reap the accolades.
The ideal candidate needs to be passionate, have the confidence and flair to contribute to relationships with their clients, and appreciate the fast-paced nature of working in a full-service agile agency. The breakdown
We are looking for an accomplished suit with:
4+ years’ working in advertising, design or marketing agency
Experience forging strong relationships with clients
Excellence, ambition, drive and a diligent working style with focus
Marketing Automation is a bonus
Proven results and experience in:
Running client briefing sessions and processing them into written briefs
Interested in strategy and been part of the customer conversation (CX)
Preparing project schedules, time estimates and budgets, and working to deadlines
Ownership of client projects and growth of key accounts
Researching client’s products, services, competitors, and target markets
Strategic input & research into key existing accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised, time-savvy, with an ability to multi-task
