The Opportunity:
Due to an exciting opportunity for our current Financial Controller (FC), we are now seeking someone equally as fabulous to join us as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
You will lead and manage the Home Solutions financial control and reporting function, ensuring the control framework environment is set at best-practice level, driving best commercial outcomes for Home Solutions as the business continues to grow. Reporting to key stakeholders, including the Home Solutions Chief Operating Officer and F&P Executive, this role will enable decision-making that influences the strategic business objectives in the ongoing development of the Home Solutions ME. Acting as our financial business partner, the Financial Controller will provide commercial financial support to the Home Solutions leadership team.

CA qualified with several years’ hands-on experience across financial and accounting disciplines within a corporate environment, you deeply understand how to initiate and deliver a positive impact on business performance through understanding the macro environment, overarching business strategy, and are able to offer sound guidance and challenge to different audiences.
You thrive in an entrepreneurial learning environment, bringing drive and energy to support the whole of home business and go to market strategy. You are an outside the box thinker, proactive and self-starting. You enjoy problem solving, using data and insights to inform and enable, and can also roll up your sleeves in a mix of operational and strategic work in a busy monthly financial cycle, working alongside your small team. This is the chance to be part of a highly collaborative leadership team, committed to making an impact. It is also a unique opportunity to continue to build on the strong foundations put in place by the incumbent and continue your own development as we continue to scale.
