The Opportunity

We are actively seeking two Field Support Co-Ordinator's to join our utilities team on a 6 month fixed term contract. These roles can be based anywhere in our offices in New Zealand.

World-class customer billing systems (and associate payments systems) are a critical competitive competency for the Downer Telco division. Delivery of accurate and timely billing activities through these systems are a fundamental expectation of our customers and underpins our division’s profitability. The role of Billing and Payment Analyst has been established to:

  • Undertake financial tasks to a consistently high standard, mainly the processing of Billing and Payments
  • Provide quality support to the Revenue and Reporting Systems Manager and other Managers as required.

  • Proficient keyboard skills and software literacy.
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate in a busy and changing environment, showing sound judgement and a professional approach
  • Confidence and assertiveness
  • Ability to work unsupervised demonstrating independence and drive
  • Team player who supports and actively works towards achieving the team goals
  • Technical knowledge of Telecommunications Industry an advantage
