Aspire2 Education, part of Aspire2 Group Ltd, is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable ICT Tutor to facilitate learning in Information Technology at diploma levels 5 and 6. Our tutors inspire students with relevant, engaging, and learner-centred programmes that build both technical expertise and essential soft skills, preparing them for success in the workforce.
You'll create an interactive and supportive online learning environment, incorporating emerging technologies, industry-relevant content, and a bi-cultural perspective within Aotearoa. While programmes are delivered online, you will be based in our Auckland office at least three days a week to collaborate with colleagues and support learners effectively.
What You Bring:
Trained and experienced teaching professional with expertise in IT education
Experience working with adult learners in a supportive, engaging capacity
Proven experience facilitating online (distance learning) with interactive and learner-focused methods
Current knowledge of networking, cloud computing, security, and systems administration
Knowledge of programming preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
Empathy for diverse students and an ability to support their learning journey
Commitment to fair and valid assessment and moderation processes
