Are you a Health & Safety guru looking for a change? Our valued client is looking for a new H&S representative to join them on a variety of civil construction projects here in Hawkes Bay!
Our client delivers innovating, high value solutions to customers across the North Island. Moving down to Hawkes Bay, they are looking for a skilled H&S rep to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Regular auditing of sites including earth works, drainage, water and bridge construction
Doing presentation at toolboxes once per week
Completing Health & Safety reports
Monthly meetings
Monthly Health & Safety reporting
Requirements:
H&S Qualification OR 5-10 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role, preferably in the civil/ construction space
Valid drivers license + your own vehicle
Knowledge of H&S legislation, particularly the Health and Safety at work Act 2015
Experience and confidence presenting to senior and operational teams
Ability to empower colleagues through providing H&S knowledge relevant to the construction & civil industries
