Job Description

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

As a Service Advisor at AA Motoring, you'll be the go-to person for providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. You'll manage service bookings, assist customers with their vehicle needs, and promote AA's products and services to ensure that AA is their first choice for vehicle services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell AA products and services
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Manage vehicle service bookings, open job sheets, and follow up on no-shows
  • Provide quotes, job costing, and invoicing support
  • Maintain accurate customer records and resolve feedback professionally.


About You | Mōu

  • NCEA Level 1 or equivalent
  • Basic computer knowledge and keyboard skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales (motor industry preferred)
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers and staff
  • Full, clean driver's licence
