About this role
You will be responsible for providing support for the planning and delivery of the Urban Development work programme. This includes supporting the Head of Urban Development, the Urban Design Team and the Housing & Development Team by providing administrative support, overseeing financial transactions and contracts, and helping with monitoring and reporting.

About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Experience providing project / programme co-ordination and administration support with attention to detail
  • Experience in financial administration
  • Experience in producing project / programme schedules and status reports
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritise outputs
  • A collaborative work approach
  • Ability to work positively and productively with colleagues, other Council staff and external stakeholders
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Share Point and other relevant applications.
