ABOUT THE ROLE
This role involves providing day to day support to Operations and the Customer Services team and Key Account clients. This includes accurate and on-time processing of shipment orders, and providing the highest levels of expertise and service at all times.
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidates will already have Import and/or Customer Service experience within the Freight Forwarding industry. You will likely be someone who has the following skills:
- Previous experience with a NZ freight forwarder essential
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- A team player with the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication; verbal & written
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Excel
- EDI Cargowise experience would also be beneficial
