About the role
We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide and develop our passionate, dedicated allied health crew. In this pivotal role, you'll have the chance to leverage your clinical expertise while honing your leadership skills. With the support of our Senior Leadership Team, you'll empower your team to reach new heights in service delivery.
This role will be based in Hamilton, Waikato.

What you’ll do
Provide mentoring, coaching and support to ensure exceptional service quality & delivery
Monitor team performance, while working alongside a multi-disciplinary team
Plan, coordinate and manage the implementation of key initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Utilise your ACC contracts expertise to drive business growth
Demonstrate your superb influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage conflict
Your Background
Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a people leadership role or a Senior Therapist looking for their next step.
Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams in a community rehabilitation or allied health setting
Excellent communication & organisational skills
The ability to prioritise competing needs
Experience navigating ACC contracts
Passion for empowering your team to deliver outstanding, culturally responsive services
