We are looking for an lead teacher with:
A kind, genuine, caring nature with a calm and loving approach
Strong knowledge around infant pedagogy and care
A fun, creative imagination and a passion for engaging with children through play and exploration
The ability to create a close knit and cohesive team
Experience in a RIE/Pikler inspired centre
The ability to see strengths in their teammates and encourage a cohesive and collaborative team culture.
A NZ teachers registration and relevant qualification
