We are looking for a professional and customer service-orientated Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy new store based in Ashburton. As the Store Manager you will supervise the operational and organisational standards of the store and will be expected to lead, coach, and develop a small team of four.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly and customers’ expectations (external and internal) are met within specific deadlines – especially during seasonal peaks.
The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and have comprehensive management of the store and all its day-to-day functions. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

To be successful, you will need previous experience in Management and Customer Service within a stores or warehouse environment, preferably in agriculture and be competent with computer systems. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday and ½ day Saturdays as required during seasonal peaks.
