Join our dynamic team at Victoria University of Wellington - Weir House as a Driver. In this role, you'll be responsible for completing daily driving tasks safely and punctually, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to our safety culture. This is a Permanent Part Time position during the Weekend
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
- Drive vehicles under operational conditions, adhering to all road and parking rules.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining the quality and condition of goods.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance, keeping vehicles clean and refueled.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety plans.
- Communicate effectively with the Production Manager and Executive Chef to address potential issues.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with good communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to work unsupervised.
- A flexible approach and attitude, being a good team player.
- Physically fit and reliable with a valid driver's license.
- Customer service experience and the ability to undertake non-technical maintenance tasks are highly regarded.
