We are looking for a top, experienced Parts Advisor to join a well respected franchise dealership group in the North Shore region.
The role
The role is based in a truck franchise dealership and will involve liaising with trade customers, the service team, panel beaters, and the general public regarding all parts related enquiries and ensuring the timely availability of parts.
Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that stock levels are monitored and managed efficiently.
This is a customer facing and phone based role so professional communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- Prior automotive parts experience is required
- Solid computer literacy skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good work ethic and a positive customer-focused attitude
