Manage all aspects of the credit control function, including monitoring overdue accounts as defined by the Senior Credit Controller and management.
Provide backup and support for the credit control team as needed.
Handle credit control for hired fruit trays, ensuring timely processing of direct debits and refunds
Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including farmers, internal supervisors, and managers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, primarily farmers, to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in credit control or a similar role.
Advanced Excel skills are essential.
ERP Exposer and SAP experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
