You need to be committed to policy and advising Ministers. You will also be a trusted communicator, able to brief Ministers, senior officials and Select Committee and facilitate interagency processes on complex system issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead policy projects from start to finish, defining problems and delivering high-quality solutions.
Advocate for Māori communities by understanding their unique challenges and contributing to cross-sector efforts.
Work closely with Ministers and senior officials to provide timely, high-quality advice.
Mentor and develop policy analysts, helping them grow in their roles.
Flexibly contribute across the wider policy programme.
What You’ll Bring:
