The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance operational process efficiency, optimise workflows, and implement cutting-edge tools and technologies. What you'll do:
Enhance operational process efficiency and optimise workflows
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for process improvement and tooling
Provide process guidance and mentorship while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Identify opportunities for process optimisation, efficiency gains, and cost savings through analysis and collaboration with stakeholders
Drive the evaluation, selection, and implementation of tools and technologies that enhance operational efficiency, automation, and scalability
Champion change management efforts related to process improvements and tooling implementations
Deliver high quality design and execution to achieve both customer experience and commercial outcomes
What you bring:
Strategic vision combined with technical expertise and strong leadership skills
Proven experience in process improvement or operations management

Excellent project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives from conception to completion
Proficiency in process modelling hierarchies/tools, familiarity with automation
