The Talent, Strategy and Development Lead is an opportunity to influence real change in a business that’s moving boldly into its future. You will be instrumental in building organizational capability and creating a culture that supports great people.

What you’ll bring:

• A strategic, collaborative mindset and a strong track record of leading culture, transformation and people development initiatives.
• Experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, and/or organizational development.
• Passion for creating inclusive, high-performing environments.
• Confidence navigating ambiguity and leading in environments undergoing significant change.

This role can be based out of Aurora Energy’s head office in Dunedin or Cromwell (noting regular travel to Dunedin would be necessary).
