We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive technical excellence, mentor a growing team and jr team members, and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
Develop, optimize, and implement sustainable, repeatable development patterns and best practices
Work closely with architects to ensure smooth transitions from design to development
Provide hands-on software development and technical leadership in ServiceNow
Drive problem analysis and devise robust, scalable solutions
Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and technical alignment
Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously improve platform efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills
Prior experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, TNI and Order Management.
Expertise in platform architecture, integrations, and best practices
Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and implement scalable solutions
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
ServiceNow certification(s) required
