Position Overview:
We're on the hunt for a vibrant and dedicated Office Administrator to join us in our office.

You'll be the friendly face that greets our clients and visitors, making them feel right at home. This full-time role (8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday) and is perfect for someone who's previously thrived in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top notch administrative support to Partners and Staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Event planning and coordination.
  • Assist in the coordination and organization of office activities and meetings.
  • Maintain a suite of client database systems with precision and care.
  • Collaborate with our team to boost office efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Strong people skills and the ability to communicate like a pro.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities – you're a juggler of tasks!
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Xero, and Xero Practice Manager.
  • Familiarity with AML requirements.
  • Strong computer literacy skills to navigate multiple software packages with ease.
