What skills would you need to have?
Have an interest in the motor industry and vehicles
Like working and being part of a team environment
Have a keen desire to learn, develop and keep up with the workload - both theory and practical
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Hold a clean driver's license
Have a desire to always achieve a high standard of customer service.
Have a positive attitude, lots of energy, enthusiasm and motivation
A solid work ethic
A pre-apprenticeship course would be great, but not essential - it's all about the right attitude
The role of apprentice is interesting and varied and requires you to be able to learn and retain information.
