He kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role As a Care Coordinator, you'll be organising home-based care and support services that enable our clients to live as safely and independently as possible. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, as you'll collaborate with your team to create solutions and complete rosters.
Ngā mahi | What you'll be doing
Rostering support workers across Auckland.
Calling support workers to cover shifts.
Engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Assisting with internal queries and contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
